1. It can be known by calculating the pressure difference before and after the oil fraction. First observe whether the pointers of the two pressure gauges return to zero when there is no air pressure. If not, find two qualified pressure gauges to replace, one installed in the oil and gas barrel before oil and gas separation, and the other installed in the oil and gas barrel after oil and gas separation. between the minimum pressure valves. Start the machine again to see if the pressure difference is too large.
2. The screw air compressor with microcomputer control panel can usually display the pressure difference of oil on the display screen, and has an alarm function when it reaches a certain value. When this happens, it needs to be shut down. After the pressure is exhausted, check again whether the pressure difference on the control panel will return to zero (an error of about 0.03bar is allowed). If it cannot return to zero, you need to remove the oil and gas pressure difference. Sensors and connected pipes are cleaned. If it still can't be solved, you need to replace the new differential pressure sensor.
3. Measure the current. If it is found that the pressure difference is too large, it can be judged by the method of measuring the current. For example, when the pressure difference is normal, the current is 70A when the air compressor hits the pressure of 7bar. If the measured current is 77A when the pressure difference is large, then the pressure difference of the oil at this time is about 1bar, because the pressure of the air compressor increases by 1bar, then the power consumption The amount is increased by about 7%.
